The Intelligence Community Inc. is excited to partner with the Defense Entrepreneurs Forum for this exciting online working group - open to all innovators. We hope you can join us and share your ideas for improving the future of work in light of all we have learned and experienced as a result of the COVID pandemic.
Background
As the present and future of "work" rapidly change, we see these as three hurdles the national security workforce faces:
Capabilities (How do we get tools for distributed work?)
Competence (How do we use these new tools?)
Culture (How do the ways we work with our teams change?)
You have ideas and we want to hear them. Join us for the 4th X-Work Coalition session as we dive in on how to tackle these issues. We are operating as a coalition because we are stronger together.
