A little bit about David…
In his last government role, David was hand-picked to build and lead NavalX, the Navy's innovation and "super-connector" cell, reporting directly to the Secretary of the Navy for R&D/Acquisition and the Chief of Naval Research. He earned his MBA from The George Washington University and BA from Vanderbilt University with advanced training in Defense Acquisition Lifecycle Logistics and Program Management.
