The Strategic Institute for Innovation in Government Contracting focuses on education and consulting services to improve government thinking in fielding needed new advanced capabilities using Other Transactions authorities (OTs) as the basis for innovative business and teaming approaches.

The Institute is well regarded for the pioneering work of its founder, and offers the intellectual capital to effectively utilize and implement existing and emerging contracting innovations - Other Transactions Authority (10 U.S.C. 2371b, 2371, 2373). In this capacity we serve as a resource for leadership, within government and business, who understand the need and desire improved efficiency, better outcomes, and reducing costs - faster, better, cheaper.
