With her extensive knowledge of acquisition pathways and a strong industry network, Chelsea effectively identifies efficient routes to contracting victories, saving her clients valuable time and resources. She is also currently serving as the Defense Entrepreneur in Residence at Texas A&M University, where she cultivates Public-Private Partnerships and builds essential relationships between the Department of Defense, Industry, and Academia.
