A little bit about Michael Brewer…
Mike began his exploration into high stress violent encounters at a young age via martial arts, boxing, kickboxing and mixed martial art for over 40 years. He joined the US Army Special Operations Forces in 1999 where he served for 8 years as a Psychological Operations specialist. He left the Army in 2007 for a career in the Intelligence Community as a counterterrorism targeter, hunting down and capturing or killing transnational terrorists and their leaders, serving on the Al Qaeda targeting teams for multiple agencies. Mike was one of the intelligence targeters on the Osama bin Laden raid and its aftermath, responsible for sifting through the intelligence gathered during the Abbottabad raid and using it to hunt down another 500 members of the Al Qaeda organization. After the bin Laden Raid and his follow on deployment to Afghanistan, Mike moved into more traditional clandestine operations against our “near peer” adversaries.
Mike is currently planning a remarkable wilderness experience for national security professionals and aficionados. He will talk about it during the call.
